This in turn, dictates to the different concerned operators (producers, exporters, importers, distributors…) to set up documentary and regulation watch systems.

Given the complexity and the rapid evolution of food quality and security exigencies, it appears today that a number of operators, particularly small and medium sized enterprises do not have the capacity to efficiently ensure this watch system.
